Nice hotel with very friendly staff. it was great to be made feel so welcome. The hotel is large and has good facilities (small business centre ,paid Internet, swimming pool) and isn't too far to walk to town centre or bus stops
No room safe, and safe deposit bag system is fragile and too small for laptops or larger cameras (SLR). Something all travellers these days probably expect of a hotel

The hotel was very nice and seemed better than its 3 star rating. The room was large and had been recently updated. King size bed, flat screen tv and a brand- new bathroom with heated floors ( excellent!). Food was good and staff were attentive.

Got a high-class and nicely furnished room with a wonderful view. Great pillows, for instance, had a really amazing stay overall. - Good service was provided here. - the location was good, minutes from a hill and a park. - Restaurants and bars were minutes from the place.

The hotel is reasonably clean and has a perfect and excellent location on top of a hill. the staff is dedicated and the classic double room comes with air conditioning, a comfy bed, and a view over St Peter Port. - the breakfasts are delicious and amazing, with options for everyone's taste.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and made you feel very welcome. We had a lovely room with a great view, it was very clean and smart, extremely well serviced. Both breakfast and evening meals were excellent, the dining room staff were great. I would most definitely stay here again as it was worth every penny spent.
